EXPERIENCED  LEADERSHIP FOR WEST VIRGINIA – SENATE DISTRICT 12

IMG_7103_edited.jpg

This appearance in military uniform is personal and does not represent the Department of War or any U.S. government entity.

West Virginia stands at a turning point—and Senate District 12 deserves leadership that delivers results, not rhetoric.  I am running to bring disciplined, mature, experienced conservative leadership focused on strengthening energy independence, growing the economy,  and protecting the freedoms that define West Virginia’s way of life.

My mission is rooted in putting West Virginia first—defending coal and natural gas as the backbone of reliable, affordable energy, ensuring grid stability, and creating the conditions for long-term economic growth and job creation.

I am focused on empowering families and restoring accountability in government.

I am committed to expanding education freedom through school choice while strengthening public education by eliminating administrative bloat and directing resources back into classrooms for teachers and students.

I will fight to eliminate the personal income tax, protect private property rights, and ensure that families—not bureaucrats—have the final say in their children’s education and healthcare through informed consent and shared medical decision-making.

Grounded in faith, service, and constitutional principles, I stand firmly for individual liberty, the Second Amendment, and the values that have long defined West Virginia.

PROTECT INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS

Ensuring people can speak openly, practice their beliefs, and share ideas without fear of government interference. It means respecting the right of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families, while also ensuring that personal privacy is not violated through unwarranted searches or surveillance. Government’s role is to safeguard these liberties—not restrict them—so individuals can live, work, and raise their families with confidence and security.

The Purpose of Government
Government exists to serve the people— not to control them.

UPHOLD THE RULE OF LAW

The law applies equally to everyone—no special treatment, no double standards, and no selective enforcement. It means protecting people’s right to speak freely, defend themselves, and live without unreasonable intrusion, while holding those who break the law accountable in a fair and consistent way. Government’s responsibility is to enforce the law with integrity and transparency so citizens can trust that justice is applied evenly and their rights are respected.

CREATE CONDITIONS for OPPORTUNITY and ECONOMIC GROWTH

Creating the conditions for opportunity and economic growth is building an environment where hard work pays off, small businesses can grow, and families can get ahead without unnecessary barriers. It’s about reducing taxes, reducing government, cutting red tape, and ensuring fair rules so anyone willing to put in the effort has a real shot at success. That’s the promise of this country—freedom, responsibility, and the chance to build something better for yourself and the next generation.

When government is limited, accountable, and focused on its core responsibilities, individuals, families, and businesses can thrive.
